On April 22nd, 1977, Albert Leroy Hanson Sr. started Hansco Inc., a small family business in Lewisville Texas. As a Journeyman Roofer and Master Carpenter, his expertise set an industry standard of excellence in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metropolitan area for over 40 years. As a family business, we have grown to become one of the longest standing contractors in North Texas, with a team of dedicated family members and devoted staff.
In the summer of 2022 after Big Al’s passing, the business was passed down to the third-generation when our current Chief Executive Officer, Hunter Hanson, took the reins and underwent a rebranding to what is now Hanson Brothers Storm Restoration and Roofing. Hunters’ innovation and use of technology has accelerated our family’s passion for change within the industry. By combining the old principles of ancient builders and today’s technology, Hanson Brothers Storm Restoration continues to command the highest level of craftsmanship on every project.

We install only those products designed specifically for Texas’s environment. This includes products from such companies as Atlas, GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed…. all installed by state and local building codes.
