If the roof on your apartment complex, condo or multifamily property is 6 years old or older, then there is a good chance that your roof has storm damage on it. If this is the case give us a call and we will inspect your property to see if there is enough damage to warrant going through your insurance.
If your property is does not have enough damage for us to recommend filing an insurance claim then we will write up a bid using the highest grade quality materials back by a 10 year workmanship warranty and a lifetime manufactures warranty. Most roofers wont give you a price on the spot because it is hard to determine exactly what will be needed to complete the job. But in our experience depending on how many stories your building is, the number of valleys you have and how many access points you have to the roof. A good rule of thumb is between $4.00-$10.00 per square foot of roof area.
